T-TIME GLP-1 Review 2026: Semaglutide Tablet, Injections and Price
Quick answer
T-TIME sells compounded semaglutide as a $99/month dissolving tablet or weekly injection, and compounded tirzepatide at $447 per three months, with one price at every dose. It is a legitimate clinician-gated program and the lowest ongoing all-in price of the six we checked, but these are compounded drugs, not Wegovy or Zepbound.
Top pick
Our top pick for GLP-1 value: T-TIME
One published price at every prescribed dose, from $99 a month, with clinician review, dose guidance and medication included. Some sellers charge more as the dose rises; T-TIME does not. Compounded, so not FDA-approved.
Semaglutide ODT
$99/month
2, 4, 6 or 10 mg at the same price
Semaglutide injection
$99/month
Every prescribed dose at the same price
Tirzepatide injection
$149/month equivalent
Every prescribed dose at the same price
T-TIME is best known for enclomiphene, but in 2026 it added GLP-1 weight-loss care: a compounded semaglutide tablet, a compounded semaglutide injection and a compounded tirzepatide injection. We checked every price and term below on ttime.men, its product pages and its refund policy on November 2, 2026.
What T-TIME offers for GLP-1
- Semaglutide ODT: a compounded tablet that dissolves in the mouth, taken once daily, in 2, 4, 6 or 10 mg. $99 a month, billed and shipped monthly.
- Semaglutide injection: a compounded weekly injection at $99 a month. The product page describes a three-month plan, and T-TIME's October 2026 launch announcement lists it as $297 billed quarterly.
- Tirzepatide injection: a compounded weekly injection that acts on GIP and GLP-1, at $447 paid upfront for three months, which works out to $149 a month.
- Every plan keeps the same price at every prescribed dose, so a dose increase during titration does not raise the bill.
Each plan includes the medical review, the medication if prescribed, dose guidance and follow-up by text message. T-TIME does not bill insurance; it is cash pay, with Klarna installments offered at checkout where available.
Is there an intro offer?
No. On November 2, 2026 we found no first-month discount or coupon on any T-TIME GLP-1 page. The offer is the flat price itself: $99 a month for semaglutide at every dose, with no membership fee on top. That matters more than an intro deal, because GLP-1 treatment usually runs for many months and some programs raise the price as the dose goes up.
How T-TIME compares on price
We compared the published cash prices of six online GLP-1 programs on the same day. For compounded semaglutide, T-TIME's $99 a month was the lowest ongoing all-in price: Henry Meds lists $297 a month month to month, Found lists $289 a month month to month or $169 a month on a 12-month prepaid plan, and Mochi Health charges $60 or more for medication plus a $79 monthly membership. Hims and Ro charge a $149 monthly membership after a $39 first month, before any medication.
For brand-name drugs, self-pay Wegovy pills cost $149 to $299 a month by dose and the Wegovy pen costs $349 a month after an introductory $199 for new patients. Our full GLP-1 cost breakdown covers the yearly totals.
Who provides the care
T-TIME connects patients with licensed clinicians through Beluga Health, and prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners including Curexa and EPIQ Scripts. T-TIME lists these partners and their credentials on its partners page, and the dispensing pharmacy depends on your treatment and location. A clinician reviews each intake, including current medicines and history, and decides whether to prescribe.
Refunds and cancellation
- If a clinician medically declines treatment before prescribing, T-TIME refunds the treatment-program payment in full.
- If you cancel after submitting your medical intake, a $70 physician fee is deducted from any eligible refund.
- Once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy, that order is final and shipped medication is non-refundable.
- The semaglutide tablet is a monthly plan with no six-month minimum; you can stop future renewals in the patient portal before the next charge. Injection plans renew every three months unless canceled under the program terms.
What the evidence does and does not show
The big weight-loss numbers come from trials of the FDA-approved injections: 14.9% average weight loss with semaglutide 2.4 mg in STEP 1 and 20.9% with tirzepatide 15 mg in SURMOUNT-1. T-TIME itself states that these trials studied the branded drugs, not its compounded medications, and that the results do not establish outcomes for its oral tablet. That is an honest disclosure and the right way to read any compounded GLP-1 marketing.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. FDA has also flagged dosing errors with compounded injections. A clinician-led program that prescribes by dose, explains the formulation and keeps follow-up open is the safer way to use one.
T-TIME's other treatments
The same intake covers T-TIME's other programs: enclomiphene for men with confirmed low testosterone from $69 a month, sermorelin, Charge (a daily chew pairing enclomiphene with tadalafil), OVERTIME, an ED troche and low-dose naltrexone. For men whose testosterone is low because of excess weight, losing the weight may lift testosterone on its own, so it is worth retesting before adding a hormone treatment.
Our verdict
T-TIME is a legitimate, clinician-gated GLP-1 program with the clearest pricing we found: one flat price at every dose, no membership fee and plain refund rules. It is our top pick for value. The trade-off is that every option is compounded, so if you want an FDA-approved finished product, Wegovy or Zepbound through a manufacturer program is the alternative at a higher price.
